Passionate About Community Involvement

Cape Cod isn’t simply the place where we work. Rather, it is — in every sense — our home and community. It’s where we raise our families and live our lives.

Everyone at TODAY realizes how fortunate we are to be here. So it’s no wonder the organizaton is committed to enhancing the well-being of our neighbors, promoting the vitality and preservation of this unique region, and supporting the safety and welfare of all Cape communities.

For TODAY Real Estate and Mari Senniott Plus, our involvement takes many forms—from volunteerism to mentorship, committee and board work, coaching, and financial gifts. What’s more, the organizations we support are dedicated to a diverse range of worthy causes that directly benefit Cape Codders—including the fight against cancer, animal welfare, affordable housing, public safety, cultural enrichment, and career development.

As Mari Sennott Plus, we donate $200.00 from every closing to a local non-profit, often selected by our clients themselves.

Mari serves on the Board of Directors of the Cape Cod and Islands Board of Realtors and chaired a grant review commitee for the Cape and Islands United Way. Hank served for a decade in Sandwich Town Government including a term on the Board of Selectmen; two terms as Chair of the Town Finance Committee, and headed of the group that wrote Sandwich's first Town Charter. He is a currently member of United Way's Community Impact Council.

An Associate Professor at Bridgewater State Univdersity, Hank also recently returned to his radio roots and is a co-host on Cape Cod's 102.3FM teaming with the Cape's legenday "Stephanie  the Morning"  Viva.

As the lock down went into effect in 2020, , Mari started a Facebook group to support local restaurants and provide a vehicle for people to share recipes as we were stuck at home. Cape Cood Dining at Home (and anywhere else) has now grown to nearly 5,000 active members!
