Dennis, often referred to as the “Cultural Center of Cape Cod,” boasts a rich arts scene and some of the best beaches on both the north and south sides of the island. Mayflower Beach is particularly popular for its calm waters and stunning sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. The town is also home to the Cape Playhouse, one of the oldest professional summer theaters in the United States, drawing performers and audiences from across the country.
