Colleen took the time to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for in a home - my list of "must haves". We toured numerous homes over a period of months before deciding on a beautiful property, one in which I will be spending my retirement years. She's very well-versed in the various towns and villages on the Cape, being a resident herself, and constantly offered commentary and details such as when certain roads get congested during the summer, and at certain points in the day, local open spaces (another must have) and nearby shopping areas.
